The village of Aberfeldy is less than one mile and has excellent shops, pubs, restaurants and visitor attractions. A lovely country club within 1/2 a mile offers quality food and drink. Pitlochry, home to the renowned Festival Theatre, is 15 miles away and Perth is less than an hour's drive. Walking, cycling, climbing, golf, angling, water sports, sailing, riding and off road driving are all available. 

In the geographical centre of Scotland, this is the ideal base for touring on scenic roads.
