Dating back to the 1860s, the Bothy is a perfect getaway for couples or friends, offering you a wonderfully spacious yet cosy space to relax in. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/kitchen space separated by a half height partition wall. The living room has a comfy armchair and wool chesterfield sofa looking onto the beautiful open fire and Free Sat TV. There is also a great library so you can curl up with a book in front of the fire. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a delicious meal or, if you’d prefer, sit in the armchair that looks over the Tay Valley. There is also a well appointed WC on the ground floor.
The first floor consists of the master bedroom complete with kingsize pocket sprung bed and Smart TV with Freeview. It can also convert to a twin room if required. Two steps lead from the bedroom up to the beautiful en-suite which has a double shower, toilet and vanity unit. From the bedroom you can enjoy beautiful views up Dun Hill.
Outside you have a private patio with hot tub, garden furniture and chimnea/BBQ to allow you to make the most of your surroundings.
