Croftness Cottage is part of the old farm steading dating back to the 1860s and was lovingly upgraded in early 2017. The Croftness Cottages offer two delightful semi-detached cottages which enjoy panoramic views over the historic Birks of Aberfeldy and the Tay Valley. You can also bring your dog to the cottage. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with exposed beams and a beautiful window seat. The kitchen has all modern conveniences such as dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer and has all the equipment needed to whip up a yummy meal! Leading on from the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is also plenty of space here to hang up your walking gear after a day out. The bathroom on the ground floor provides an opportunity for you to unwind in a bubble bath or for the little ones to use before bed time. The double aspect living room consists of comfy custom made sofas, wood burning stove, Free Sat TV, and library.
The first floor has two bedrooms, both of which are en-suite and have their own Smart TV with Free View as well as stunning window seats to curl up on and read a book. The master bedroom has a king size bed and feature fire place. The second bedroom can either be king size or twin depending on your needs. Both bedrooms have comfy window seats allowing you the opportunity to enjoy views up Dun Hill.
The outdoor area of the Cottage provides a great space to enjoy your beautiful surroundings. The rustic Millboard decking houses a four person hot tub as well as plenty of seating to enjoy a meal or a few drinks with your family. Much deserved after a day in the hills or exploring the area. All of this overlooks the beautiful trees of the Birks of Aberfeldy and Farragon Hill…what more could you ask for?
